Over the past 10 years we have been working with an executive search and recruitment client that places candidates in top level hospitality roles.  We recognised the opportunity to create a platform for our client that modelled the attributes of top tier candidates that were coming through their business – a way to empower their clients to make better decisions.  The platform, which uses sophisticated and high powered visualisation and reporting outputs, could then be used to compare candidates against the existing data and perform a number of other vital reports.

The purpose of this project was twofold:

1) it assisted hospitality businesses to find people with similar attributes to existing stars and

2) allowed people working in the industry to see how their attributes aligned with various roles in the industry, and to discuss without client the further steps they needed to take to obtain those roles.
